Seriously, have you ever met a life long vegetarian with pronounced hairloss?

Assuming they do vegetarian right and get all their vit's and proteins.

I live near a Buddhist temple and many of their members are vegetarians. I've only recently began paying attention to lifestyle's and it's connection to hair loss. I've noticed that there's lots of hair on lots of heads in that temple.

Coincidence?

Personally I find vegetarianism is unnatural and unhealthy. We have meat tearing canine teeth for a reason.

But I'm jealous. Could almost make me a convert.

Don't know many vegetarians, sorry Dietary connection with hair loss is most likely connected more to insulin levels than meat vs. plant consumption.

FWIW, I've been a vegetarian since '97. I started losing when I was 28 or 29. I'm 35 now...

I'm in no way saying that it was the cause of my hair loss. MPB definitely runs on both sides of the family.
