Dobika is right, I do tweak it all the time. The key factor is first of all to remove surface sebum, sweat and dirt every day washing your hair with whatever shampoo you want. I don't care if you use dishwashing liquid. Never ever go to bed with a sweaty scalp, or wake up and not wash your hair, ever. That is the #1. You can wash your hair with shampoo many times during the day, it won't cause you to lose hair. The sebum on your scalp is what makes hair loss worse. You can the rest of my regime from previous postings, and no it will not grow frontal hair. My regime is more in line to prevent loss.

You recommend shampooing more than once a day jaydee (ie morning & night)? "Don't be afraid to see what you see. "

Yes, ideally for people below age 25, definitely shampoo morning and evening, as well as anytime after sports, a hot day or sweating. Even 3 times a day is find. You must get out those nasty hormones that are being deposited on your scalp and cause hair loss. Just look at anyone who is not losing their hair, their scalp will be nice and dry even if they don't wash their hair. People who are losing their hair are sweatballs, their scalps are shiny and full of sebum, grease and sweat. Easy thing to do. Check your girlfriend's scalp after a hot day. Hers will be pretty clean, dry and not full of grease, sweat and sebum. Now go look at yours after a hot day...people that lose hair exude tons more hormones, sweat, sebum through their scalps, and if you are genetically susceptible to lose hair in the presence of those concentrations of hormones on your scalp - then you will lose your hair.

Hi Jaydee, yes I used to use Nano. It is a good shampoo -- falls into the category of 'don't know if it actually helps' but a good shampoo. "Don't be afraid to see what you see. "
