On the curcumin...one is probably just showing the newer labels.

On the Resv...it'd be hard to say..I would think. One has more Resv..but the other has other additional ingreds. Swanson also has their own label products...the curcumin phytosome..various Resv products.

The MCT reminds me of MCT Fuel by Twinlab I used to take. Hadn't even thought of it when posting that coconut oil/curcumin page.

"Clinical trials have shown that very little curcumin is absorbed when curcumin is administered orally without food. However, its absorption has shown to be greatly enhanced when it is consumed with fats or food that contain fats. Adding medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs), as we have done in our CoCurQ? formula, to curcumin preparations can enhance the bioavailability of curcumin*. MCTs are a unique form of dietary fat that impart a wide range of positive health benefits*. MCTs have proven useful in supporting lipid (fat) metabolism*. We have also included trikatu, as research has shown that trikatu enhances the absorption of herbs, food and supplements*. Trikatu is the famous mix of three herbs, black pepper, long pepper and ginger. Ayurvedically, it has been used to enhance digestive juices, which in turn increases hydrochloric acid and enzyme production*. Trikatu increases the digestive "agni" or fire to help digest, assimilate and distribute nutrition all over the body*. In addition, we have added 100 mg of Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) for greater benefits. CoQ10 is a naturally-occurring compound found in the energy-producing center of the cell known as the mitochondria, and is necessary for the basic functioning of cells*. CoQ10 levels are reported to decrease with age. Usual supplementation with CoQ10 does not increase in tissue levels, as it depends a lot on the lipid fat membrane. The MCT in our formula will also enhance the bioavailability of CoQ10, as well as curcumin*. In order to significantly increase the tissue concentration of CoQ10, and also increase its concentration in the blood around 2 ?g/mL, at least 100 mg per day is required. CoQ10 is used for cell signaling and gene expression, helps support the immune system and is essential for healthy heart function*. It also possesses antioxidant properties*. "
