 		I am having stern hair loss for about 7months now before that my hair was falling but now I am scared to even comb or wash my hair.. Now what should i do to prevent hair loss?

Not combing or washing your hair isn't going to stop your hair from falling out, so don't bother stopping.  There are a lot of different treatments for hair loss you can read about in the treatments section of the site here.  What country are you from?

 		you need to wash it every day, even twice a day to remove surface sebum, sweat, hormones, etc., not washing the hair only makes it fall out more.

 		jazzynatural, you've only posted 2 times and you are pushing a method i have never heard about. Since you seem to know about this M. Gardson's method, why don't you do us a favor and tell us what it's about, huh?
