Remox/Promox? Cant use finasteride Hi guys! I started Revivogen one week ago. It's pretty easy to apply and for me it doesnt leave any flakes or something like it....As i use Revivogen to keep the hair i've got, i'd like to add something to my regimen that gives me some regrowth. So i thought about Remox. I dont think i should use promox, because i had sides while taking fin. I thought about buying Remox III from here: http://www.physicianshairgrowth.com/store.php?crn=74&action=show&show_products_mode=cat_click It does not contain Finasteride, but it claims to block DHT as well: "However, scientific research has shown that even very low concentrations Azelaic Acid inhibit 90% of DHT formation in vitro (see synopsis) The mechanism of action is 90% inhibition of 5 alpha reductase activity; 5-AR is the enzyme that converts human serum to testosterone, to DHT, which is the compound thought to be responsible for damaging hair follicles and an important factor in hair loss." What do you guys think about this? Is it worth a try? Will it give my the propecia sides? Any experiences? Greets

If you can't use Finasteride then don't use Promox, Remox etc. The alcohol will drag the Finasteride into your system.

Might want to try Sinere's products with Fin, supposedly the delivery system doesn't bring it into your blood.

I would look into Dr Klein's Remox IV. It has all of the Promox ingredients without the finasteride. If you get irritation from propylene glycol then use the DMI version. I used Promox and Remox IV for awhile and had good results. I ran out of my supply and found a good deal on Spectral products. When I run out of my Spectral product I'm going to switch back to Dr. Klein's products. I think I was getting faster results with Promox than with Spectral DNC. I'm having positive results with the DNC but think the extra cost to switch back is worth it. Order with confidence because Dr Klein's products are good. My two cents

Thanks for your reply!! How often did you use the Remox IV, and which one? (lotion, spray). I'm using Revivogen at night and would like something for additonal regrowth in the morning. Btw, physicanshairgrowth.com claims that Remox 3/4 also reduce DHT. I'm afraid that this could somehow cause the same side effects i had with Propecia. What do you think about this? greets
