Rogaine:Frontal Area I was pondering putting rogaine on my frontal region of my head. I did this before and then I stopped...pretty sure I lost alot of hair due to stopping. Whats your thoughts?

I called them one time and they said rogaine is meant to be applied on the vertex. They couldn't be more truthful to me by saying "ehh... nah it really doesn't work on the frontal region." For the frontal region i reccomend using something that stimulates blood circulation- such as Capisin (forgive my spelling- it's the ingredient in hot peppers) there's a thread on the treatment section of the forum- look for the one that has like 190ish posts on it and the title is new hair growth. the author is SD <somethnig> that has a lot of details on it.

I used Minox all over and have been for 4 years, they only tested it in the back during trials so they can only legally say it works there. It would not hurt to give it a go, it did work for me. Best of luck.

Two friends of mine both use it in the front and swear that it works. However, they hadn't receded that much to begin with, so maybe it has something to do with timing.

Minoxidil has worked very well for me on the frontal areas. It does for some and not for others. But, it's worth a try!

probably depends on how much hair you still have. if you have little to none then it probably won't do too much. ...and i'm sure everyone here already knows that. so this comment is invalid. dang
