Sinere - 4% minoxidil - First impression

Just would like to say some comments on the 4% Minoxidil solution, i will only comment on the good points.

1) Drys fast but yet stays moist over all hours (this is great for penetration) 2) Seems not to irritate (woke up this morning with NIL! irritation, attempt this with normal Rogaine and see what happens major irritation on first application) 3) Doesn't smell when applied 4) 100Ml bottle cant ask for more 5) Glass bottle 6) Applying to scalp and letting it dry then styling hair will work for some with this lotion e.g. not like Rogaine lotion or foam 7) Didn't feel any blood flow rush or light headed (good or bad?) 8) Washes out with shampoo

I cannot comment on the effectiveness on this product yet, i will only be using this on a test patch over the next couple of months - the whole scalp application was a one off.

Any idea what the price will be for the new 4% nanoMS? It's not on the webpage yet.

Re:

nearly the same as the normal nanominox. We have to change the page a little bit, because the MS-version is made with PG-liposomes.

Essentially, I'm in agreement with BobTheBuilder's comments on Nanominox. However, I do take issue with one of his observations.

"(woke up this morning with NIL! irritation, attempt this with normal Rogaine and see what happens major irritation on first application)"

This comment suggests that anyone who uses "normal Rogaine" will experience "major irritation on first application".

Apparently, this is what happens to BobTheBuilder. However, I've never experienced any sort of scalp irritation from any Minoxidil solution, whether it be Rogaine and/or solutions containing Retin-A. This is also the case with many other users of these products.

Re:

I am not allowed to answer this question, sorry. But you don`t have to fear that too little is incorporated. I used the Minox cepharanthine article to figure out the concentration. Today I have some experience in how to convert in vitro concentrations into in vivo concentrations for a topical. But our competitors should learn on their own how to do that

So you cant say.

Can you say the amount you use is as effect as most studies performed with Cepharanthine.

The problem is when the percentage is not known how does the user know he is getting full affect of all agents.
