Minoxidil Absorption Hey there,I was wondering how long you have to leave Minoxidil (mainly rogaine and spetral dnc) on your scalp for it to absorb. I'm thinkng specifically in the morning, I want to use minox, but would rather do it before a shower, so I don't have oily crap on my hair all day long? How long before a shower would I need to apply the solution. Thanks everyone.

2-4 hours. That's what Dr. Lee told me a couple of years ago.

Re: Minoxidil Absorption With our product you have to wait only about 10 minutes before the shower, that`s one of the advantages of fast penetrating ethosomes. Although it might not hurt if you wait a little bit longer.

Why Me?: If you don't want to; "have oily crap on my hair all day long" use a clean Minoxidil solution such as Dr. Lee's standard 5% with or without Retin-A, Dr. Klein's Remox or Promox, Spectral DNC, or Nanominox. All these solutions are very clean, fast drying, non-greasy, and hair style friendly. With a little practice you put these solutions directly on your scalp while keeping them out of your hair and within 10 to 15 minutes it's like you applied nothing whatsoever. In any case, I'd give whatever Minoxidil solution you choose at least one hour to absorb prior to washing your hair.

Thanks guys. Sinere-advisor - your product sounds good, do you want to let us know what it's called and where to get it. Sandman - I used Spectral DNC and still found it bigged me to have it in my hair - maybe I'll try Dr. Lee's Stuff. thanks again

Any truth to the rumor that Dr. Lee is retiring and is not taking online referrals anymore??? I am almost out of Niz 2% and would like to try his formula (despite the 'consult' fee. Maybe I should just order the Keto cream instead?

Cheap minox with dermaroller works best. Even better but not tested sinere would be the way to go added with some fin.

Chore Boy, what do you mean by 'too strong??' Does it burn or irritate your scalp, or do you have other side-effects from it?
