I think that there are natural antifungal alternatives. Probiotics are fighting yeast / fungal infections. I never was suggesting anyone to try ketoconazole internally.

tanker13, no need for aplogies. I'm personally on xtralac for more than 6 months already. I refuse to comment if it is this what helps with my hair (I'm taking loads of other stuff as well) but I definately can tell that it has helped me with concentration and mood swings (I used to be anxious and depressed a lot, it was pretty much resistant to modern antidepressives, since this experience I strongly believe that traditional western medicine has a lot to improve) Vitamin B complex makes me more rooted as well. Doctors say that I'm just imaging it, but we all agreed that the important thing is the outcome. I feel good, who cares if it's placebo effect or not.
