Using Propecia with Rogaine

Hey everyone,

I've been on propecia for 3 months now and the whacky idea of using minoxidil with it at the same time came to me. Anyways, I see th some are trying this combination. I'm looking to use propecia + minoxidil to see what happens.

So, the problem is... what do I get for the minoxidil? These percentages and what not confuse me . I was thinking of trying rogaine foam... I've seen some people recommend www.minoxidil.com. If someone could explain to me what I should be using with my propepcia, I'd greatly appreciate it Thanks!

Used in conjunction Propecia and Minxodil work better then either or used alone. I've had excellent results using this combo.

As far a which Minoxidil solution to use, your best option is to start with 5% Minoxidil. There's a number to choose from.

Regular Rogaine, and over the counter generics are very greasy and non hair-style friendly. However, reports are that Rogaine Foam is fairly clean, hair style friendly, and fast drying.

Dr. Lee's Minoxidil solutions are very, very clean, fast drying, non-greasy, and hair style friendly. Particularly, his standard 5% Minoxidil with or without Retin-A [products #500 & #501].

Another excellent Minoxidil solution is Spectral DNC. It's nanosomal encapsulated Minoxidil, plus added ingredients. Spectral DNC is clean and fast drying. But, it will leave your hair a bit stiff after application. Sort of like a lite hold gel and/or hairspray.

Yes, Dr. Lee's standard 5% Minoxidil [product #500] would be an excellent choice!
