ronlev, your advice about the physiology of hair was very useful and correct. I used the Rogaine Foam in the AM and my hair did not stick together as much and had more body to it during the day. I am using the Spectral DNC still but at PM. I have a full bottle of the DNC so I want to use it up. I will probably just stick to the Foam later. I wonder if other companies are going to try change their delivery system to FOAM as well. I think it is a good vehicle so hair will stay more thicker looking during the day.

RonLev Philly:

Im using loreal volumizing shampoo to. Great stuff no? It really volumizes, and ads body, it also gives the hair a rough feeling, like sand paper sort of, (obviously not that drastic) wich i find strengthens the hair and keeps it in place. And it really holds the hair in place even if its windy, its really great stuff. One question i have though is, does the shampoo add vitamins and also thicken your hair IE healthy for it?

or is it just a synthetic volumizer, wich is good for cosmetics, but doesnt add health to your hair. Ideas?
