Need recommendations for 2% Nizoral

Can I ask my dermatologist to prescribe it to me for MPB? Isn't Nizoral more for dandruff?

So, I went to nizoral.ca - it directs you to www.pharmadirect.ca to buy but when I try to register on that site, it doesn't seem to accept US states. So, how do I get it from them - their prices are cheaper than the 1% I got in US

 		unitedpharmacies is selling sebizole which they claim to be 2% ketoconazole. I am thinking of ordering that as it is half price of Nizoral 2%
