Your body can only produce so much semen during a day, and it takes time to recover any 'fluids' your body as lost due to ejaculating. This is most likely the cause of your decreased semen volume, especially if you are going at it 4-5 times a day.

Propecia is better at stopping your hair loss than it is about regrowing hair you have already lost. I suggest if you are looking for regrowth then you should start using Minoxidil as well as continuing to take Propecia to stop any further hair loss.

Most likely neither of these treatments are going give you all the hair you have lost over the years back. They most likely will stop your hair loss and regrow some of your lost hair, which is better than going bald in my opinion.
