I can't seem to find any(good) info on this subject, but have read posts here and there about guys stopping propecia to have children. My girlfriend and i have been talking about having children lately and was wondering if these guys are being overly cautious or doing it right. I know about the effects on pregnant women handling fin.. etc but just wondering if there are facts about this or should i talk to a doctor?

My brother is on it and just had a kid and he is healthy. Probably ask your doctor though. That is what I would do.

Think carefully before you have a child. My advice has nothing to do with fin.

I have taken proscar for almost 4 years, I also concern proscar may effect the baby, if my girlfriend get pregnant. Does anyone has correct answer?

DO NOT WORRY! I HAVE TAKEN PROSCAR FOR 10 YEARS AND HAVE 2 HEALTHY CHILDREN UNDER 5 (IN FACT, BOTH ARE FAR AHEAD IN ALL OF THEIR DEVELOPMENTAL MILESTONES).
